TREKKING WILDERNESS IN THE FRIULIAN
DOLOMITES A high mountain itinerary through unique and wild nature. DESCRIPTION This trekking goes along the domitic zones of the Natural Park of the Friulian Dolomites. Great scenery of walls and peaks (famous like the Campanile di Val Montanaia or little known like the Monfalcone Mountains or the Mount Pramaggiore) mountain huts are alterning with alpine meadows. These zones are considered among the last real wild areas of the Alpes and up to now they are far from mass tourism itineraries, they still allow to live the "wilderness". During the way, apart from the particularly rich flora, we will find above all chamois, ibex, eagles and marmots. NOTE The itinerary is quite demanding and daily differences in altitude are foreseen, often about 1000 metres. The difficulties are only excursionistic, tecnical difficulties are not foreseen. You only need a good general fitness. Also for this program adaptability and enthusiasm for the group are fundamental.
